Location good, newly refurbished room opposite the main hotel. Enjoyed the comfort and space of the zip-link bed.
Not given enough information about the hotel at check in. Not told about hotel bar or restaurant on site, as staying over the road we only discovered them at breakfast.

Booked 2 rooms for our family stay and they put us in 2 different buildings, not willing to accommodate 2 rooms together stating it was booking.com that allocated them.
Had restaurant reservation for 7.30pm for meal, at their request, which finally arrived after 9pm. Service was non existent having to go to bar for drinks and menu and to order.
The room itself is small, overbearing hot as the heating had been left on and only a small window to try to cool it down.
Overall a disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend.
