Location is very central and ideal if you wish to be in the Haut Ville. Very close proximity to Hamilius and the tram stop which connects directly to both the airport and the Gare/Station.
Host turned up once I was checked in and he is very amenable and an interesting guy and provides a great welcome.
Checking was a little confusing as there was a new party on site to hand out access keys and at first I was given the wrong apartment and then asked to move, but it was not a major issue.
Apartment is greta an every comfortable, however th bathroom is very dated and is a shower over the bath with no curtain and sadly for my two night stay I did not have any hot water, but otherwise the apartment is very good.

L'emplacement de la chambre était idéal et au centre ville, avec un très beau balcon. L'hôte était très accueillant et disponible, nous avons très rapidement récupéré les clés et les indications étaient très claires.
La salle de bain était très propre et une très bonne lumière était appréciable !
L'appartement était très chaud après la journée, heureusement une clime était à disposition.
La baignoire manquait peut être d'un rideau !

The location was very nice. Just at the center. There was lift to take you to the fifth floor. You need to climb one stairs above after the lift. Below the building there was cafe and everything. Kitchen was ok and the wine was awesome. Heater was not working though there was external heaters given at every room. The host was really nice and always responsive whenever we needed him. Super happy with his attitude and helpfulness.
For short stay there is nothing to complain about. Dishwasher was not there but we didn’t bother as we washed ours.

Leider gar nichts. Da hilft auch der Verweis auf teure Geschäfte in der Nachbarschaft nicht.
Kein Parkplatz zum Apartment, trotz entsprechender Angabe in der Beschreibung. Öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze ca 200m entfernt. Sehr einfache Ausstattung. Gebäude und Wohnung aus den 70er Jahren. Warmwasser nach 20 Minuten, Duschen nur stehend in Badewanne. Toilettenbecken verkalkt.
