In the town of Jausiers, a luxury 2-bedroom apartment (53.50 m²) is available in the Château des Magnans. It comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room/open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom with WC, and a superb terrace of approximately 15 m² with unobstructed views of the valley.
Private, covered, and secure parking is included.
There is also a water park.
The kitchen is being renovated this autumn (2025). While the aesthetics will change, the appliances will remain the same.
The Ubaye Valley offers numerous winter activities: skiing at the resorts of Le Sauze, Sainte-Anne, and Pra Loup; cross-country skiing in St. Paul and Larche; dog sledding; countless snowshoeing trails; and much more. But there's also plenty to enjoy in the summer: hiking, rafting, road cycling (including the highest road in Europe, La Bonnette), mountain biking, golf, paragliding, swimming, paddleboarding, and other water sports on the magnificent Lake Serre-Ponçon! And let's not forget the cultural and culinary experiences, as well as opportunities for relaxation!
