About this chalet rental
bright and cozy cottage of 130 m2, ideal for family stays quiet.
Located at a place called "Rua" in Risoul village, 15 minutes from the station Risoul 1850 (field of the white forest - Vars and Risoul are connected). Free shuttles 200 m from the chalet (every 20 minutes in season).
Beautiful amenities and quality equipment: underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, TV and DVD player, internet connection
DRC:
- large entrance with sleeping sofa bed for 2 people,
- open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue, Nespresso machine)
- dining room table 10/12 covered
- Large living room with pellet stove
- 1 master suite with bathroom (bath)
- Laundry room with washing machine, iron
Upstairs :
- two bedrooms with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- mezzanine - with 2 single beds
- a bedroom with a bunk bed
- large shower room, 1 shower cabin,
- 2 separate toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs)
Sheets are not provided.
Beautiful south facing terrace with mountain and torrent views, garden table, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and trampoline.
In winter, local ski in the basement of the cottage with sledges available.
For families, a cot and highchair are also available.
Shops at 2 km (super U, and ED in Risoul and Guillestre market crossroads)
Chalet for non-smokers.
The situation of the cottage provides all-season access to mountain activities, skiing, climbing, paragliding, walks, close access Queyras, mountain biking, all water sports (downhill nearby Durance), Serre ponçon 20 min (kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing club), equestrian activities in Risoul.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce beau chalet.
Je préciserai quand même que l'arrêt navette est à 400m (pas 200m), ce qui est un peu compliqué avec les chaussures de ski, skis et enfants.
La 6ème chambre est vraiment l'entrée dans le chalet donc difficilement utilisable.

chalet agréable mais la vue sur les montagnes est très restreinte.
le hic c'est les mouches! trop de batailles pour en avoir moins...il y a heureusement du matériel fourni!!!on a pas pu manger sur la terrasse....de toute façon la table extérieure ne le permet pas...elle est en forme de cuvette et les assiettes et les verres se retrouvent au milieu!!ce n'est pas si cher une table plastique neuve!!!!
