Entire apartment with a private entrance. Cozy and quiet, it is located in the heart of Nantes, just steps from Place Graslin, making it perfect for a tourist getaway or a business stay.
Ty Graslin is in the very center, ideal for exploring the city on foot, close to shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and public transport (Commerce tram stop for lines 1, 2, and 3 is a 5-minute walk, with numerous bus lines nearby).
The 36 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) and overlooks the courtyard, away from the city noise.
🏠 The main room is an open space that combines the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
🛋 The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable 140x200 cm bed.
🍽 The open kitchen is well-equipped and includes a starter kit with tea and coffee to help you start your stay right.
🛏 The bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a large storage wardrobe.
🚿 The bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for relaxation. Shower gel and shampoo are provided for maximum comfort.
Audrey will welcome you upon arrival, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and can offer recommendations on places to visit. She will be available by phone throughout your stay.
