Our comfortable, newly refurbished Georgian ground floor flat is perfectly located right in the centre of Bath.
Whether you're joining us for a city break or business trip, we've got you covered! The bus and train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. We're just a stones throw away from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Parade Gardens, amazing restaurants, bars and shops.
The flat has plenty of space and everything you need to make your stay like a home-from-home!
The space
This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The rooms have high ceilings and beautiful original features with a modern twist.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN: There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa bed which can be used by 2 people.
BEDROOM: The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam topped mattress for your comfort. There is a chair by the window which is perfect for relaxing with a good book.
BATHROOM: Shower room with lit mirror and shaver charging point (under the sink).
CHANGING AREA: A perfect space to put your bags and hang your clothes. With a full length mirror, it is an ideal place to get ready.
We welcome little people and have a high chair and travel cot available at your request.

You will have access to the whole apartment and have your own set of keys to come and go as you please.
There is only one step to access the building.

We had good clear instructions and we used the Manvers Road Car Park which was almost opposite the property.The position of the flat is amazing so close to the center we could walk to the Thermie Spa, shops and the bus stops.The flat was lovely everything you needed and very comfortable.The sofa bed was really comfy and we both slept really well.
