The location was perfect, really Central.and convenient. The apartment was very clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen and great communication with the host.
The bed was a small double and not great if you are particularly tall. In addition the staircase to the entrance was quite narrow and steep, just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

Great location, close to everything.
Comfortable.
There was a little noise due to nearby venues but it didn't go on late or bother us.
Only thing that was missing for us was a hairdryer

The location is great and the apartment is beautifully decorated.
The bed is very small and the mattress was uncomfortable. The owners tried to replace the mattress, which we appreciated the effort, but it was still the same size so couldn’t really sleep comfortably.
The shower pressure is weak and the apartment wasn’t so clean (the kettle, the ventilation and under the bed looks like they haven’t been cleaned for months and months).
There are steep stairs to go up to the apartments.

The location
The towel rack, poorly fixed to the bathroom wall and it coming completely off the wall hitting my partner on the face, resulting in a cut to her forehead that needed hospital attention and the cut having to be glued together at the Royal United Hospital, A&E Dept, Bath
This happened on the morning of my birthday, Sunday 1st June 2025 causing us to have to cancel our celebration plans, which was the whole reason, why we booked our stay in Bath at this address.
We explained what had happened, to the apartments manager, who we met, while leaving for the hospital, he said he would contact the owners, I since have had no contact from him, or replies to my email sent to the owners of the property regarding this incident.
