Appartement en rdc avec petit jardin privatif, agréable, lumineux, cuisine bien équipé, lit confortable. Bien situé proche de commerce, nombreuses lignes de bus, proche métro et quand les travaux seront finis proche du tram
Immeuble difficile à trouver, grand escalier à monter pour accéder à la rue où se trouve le parking et les commerces, escalier non éclairé la nuit, voisins bruyants, place parking toute petite pour petite voiture pas de suv ni autre voiture haute, mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue du parking
