5 minutes walk from train station, comfortable bed, quiet residential area, quick check-in process (its the 2nd number pad by the actual door, not the first one on the street!), building has a lift; Great view from the south facing balcony, of gargens, lake and mountain.
Coffee machine needed filters and ground coffee - not provided - so no coffee when only there for a short stay.

Amazing location, clean apartment, everyday items available (dishes, cutlery, pots, towels, soaps).
Very thin walls, noise from other apartments. No way to control heating, so during colder days the apartment gets very cold.

There's no breakfast offered, but they have a kitchen and refrigerator, so we can store food there and make them ourselves. They also offer several tablewares so that we have no worries about it. We spend a great time in the resident. Our room is on the first floor, so it's easy for us to carry luggages.
If the resident can offer some basic staff for toiletries, I will be appreciative.

Nice position, small but equipped with all the necessary for a few days in the city
There was a weird smell despite we opened the window several times, the pillows and the mattress were of a poor quality, no attention to the forniture in general
