Amazing, well-kept house

It is a beautifully appointed home, fully stocked with all the essentials—including utensils, bedding, towels, a grill with equipment, and a laundry area. The location is unbeatable, with shopping, a gas station, and easy access to the state highway just steps away. You can even enjoy mountain views and sunsets from the front porch. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels and blankets, to accommodate our different needs. The kitchen appliances were excellent, and parking was easy and convenient for our two cars and occasional third car. It was a wonderful retreat during a busy graduation season. WE ARE very grateful for your hospitality.
We did notice a few black (sugar) ants in the kitchen. I’m sure this is a periodic issue, but it might be helpful to have some ant spray available—guests would likely be happy to take care of it if needed.

The location was excellent and the house felt warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in. We enjoyed both the front porch and back deck. The appliances are up to date ( we loved the water dispenser!) and the house is well cared for.
