Room was spotless. Very clean. Staff were very nice and professional. Food was excellent. Only complaint- we left a bag behind hanging on the bathroom wall next to the hair dryer that contained toiletries and prescription glasses. We contacted the hotel to arrange getting our bag back but were told that housekeeping did not find the bag. We are waiting to hear back if the manager can find it after looking on more carts.

When we checked in, Sheryl was amazing. She made us feel welcomed there. We love that you allow animals as we were needing to bring our cat with us. Everything was super clean and breakfast was fulfilling.

Very clean, pool wasn't freezing cold. Hot tub was a plus. Had high chairs for my 2 year old, very friendly. Room was very clean. 10/10 recommend. Best hotel in altoona.
