The location was very good for local places if interest such as George Town and Beaconsfield. The host was quick to respond to ensure we had heating on a cool night. Parking was good.
The decor was sparse and cold, lacking the personal touches we have come to expect in host homes. There were no gardens or trees which made the property feel "unfinished". Finally a nozzle for the hose would have helped as we needed to wask mud off our vehicles before boarding the ferry to Geelong.

Ideal for its proximity to Launceston. Just a twenty minute drive to the city but located in a rural setting.. nice and clean however it does need a little bit of property maintenance for eg the upstairs glass sliding doors could not be locked.
