Peaceful cottage located within a converted farmhouse.
Ground floor: Living room with dining area, decorative fireplace, 103cm TV, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
Open-plan kitchen equipped with a small fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, filter coffee maker, but no dishwasher.
First floor: One bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (160x190cm). Fans available on request.
Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, baby bath.
Bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, and separate WC.
Second floor: One open-plan attic bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm).
Private terrace overlooking the courtyard with garden furniture. Shared ping-pong table.
Secure parking for one vehicle in the shared courtyard. Green'up charging point.
Energy costs (underfloor heating), bed linens with beds made upon arrival, and towels are included in the price.
