Hoewel je overdag wat verkeerslawaai hoort is het ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts stil. De ligging is prima om Chartres te verkennen, je loopt zo het centrum in. Vergeet daar de kathedraal niet te bezoeken!
Dat er een parkeerplaats is in de garage onder het gebouw is perfect. En er is een lift, ook erg prettig met de bagage. Verder is het bed prima (wat hard maar fijn) en de keuken is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er.

La comunicación con el propietario (Hervé) desde el principio fue fantástica, resolviendo todas las dudas que se nos plantearon. Nos estaba esperando a la puerta de la urbanización cuando llegamos, nos explicó todo lo referente al garaje, nos acompañó al apartamento y explicó con todo detalle lo que contenía (electrodomésticos, como se abría el sofá cama, etc) y nos regaló un frasco de mermelada casera de albaricoque. Durante el tiempo del alojamiento estuvo pendiente de si todo estaba correcto. El apartamento estaba impecable.
Como puntos negativos reseñar que no había ningún canal de televisión español de los cientos que tenía su televisor, y que la calle en la que estaba tenía un poco de tráfico, (pero el aislamiento de las ventanas era excelente).

Super emplacement, à 2 pas de la gare et très proche du centre. L'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel. Tous les équipements sont là. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire
