This charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Balboa front unit is perfect for your next family vacation. Located centrally on Balboa Island, just a short walk away from the Ferry and the historic Marine Avenue where you can find quaint boutiques and restaurants.



The Space:

This charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Balboa front unit is perfect for your next family vacation. Located centrally on Balboa Island, just a short walk away from the Ferry and the historic Marine Avenue where you can find quaint boutiques and restaurants.



The home offers a lovely front porch with a table for 4 for relaxing and enjoying a meal outside. Upon entering, you will be greeted with a spacious living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, a double oven, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.



The first bedroom in the front of the home, off the kitchen, has a queen bed, a dresser, closest space, and plenty of natural light. Down the hall past the kitchen are 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination, the other with a shower. You will also find the remaining 3 bedrooms down the hall, all with queen beds and closet space. The back 2 bedrooms can be accessed from inside the home, but also have doors leading out to the walk way between the front unit and the shared garage.



In the walk way between the front unit and the shared garage, you will find a grill for your use as well as the pedestrian door to access the garage. In the garage, you will have access to the full sized washer and dryer that is also shared with the upper unit's guests as well as a designated spot on the right side of the garage.



This home is in an ideal location on Balboa Island, walking distance to all the Island has to offer. The bayfront beaches are perfect for families with small children to play, due to the calm waters.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Semi annual trip with friends. Location makes it easy to walk to shops, ferry to beach & pier, and local restaurants. Newport Beach Vacations was super about keeping us up to date on responsibilities without it feeling like a burden. They helped make it a better vacation.
