Everything was excellent. The flat has a lovely feel to it. The room is very big with a large and comfortable double bed. The best thing were the blinds on windows which meant I slept very well. The host is very friendly and makes you feel right at home.
You can hear the traffic from the road in the bedroom. The flat is on the top floor of the building with no lift so be prepared for walking up lots of stairs.

The room was clean, and everything was there.
And if you have a question or problem, just ask Ralph, the owner of the room, kindly helps you.
The room was at 5th floor of the building, so it was hard to bring heavy luggage up and down. But you can rest in the nice room afterwards, so in total, nothing was problem for us.

Raphael ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich unweit der U Bahnhaltestelle Malatesta mit der man in kurzer Zeit ins Zentrum gelangt. In der Nähe befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Imbisse. Das Zimmer ist mit Klimaanlage, Fensterläden, einem großen, bequemen Bett und allem nötigen ausgestattet. Küche und Bad werden geteilt. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und kann es empfehlen.
Es gab nichts großes zu bemängeln, ich hatte eine tolle Zeit. Lediglich ein paar mehr Schüsseln in der Küche wären noch toll, das hat mich aber kaum beeinträchtigt.

Very clean and tidy, good location, close to metro and bus, supermarket 30 meters away. the apartment has everything you need. Rafael is a very attentive and responsive host. It was very nice to be there. Thank you very much!
