Ubicación céntrica y excelente relación calidad-precio. Barrio con excelentes servicios y bien comunicado

Se trata de dos apartamentos contiguos con servicios diferentes. En las fotos del anuncio aparecían mezcladas las fotos de ambos y puede dar lugar a confusiones. Pero aparte de eso, un buen alojamiento.

Espacioso y bien ubicado. La sala está muy cómoda y bonita. En 5o piso.

La estructura es un poco vieja y los armarios de las habitaciones un poco deteriorados. La limpieza no es excelente. Se rompió la base de una cama y el anfitrión no se movió a solucionar. Aire acondicionado sólo en la sala. A tener en cuenta durante el verano.

The host is very accommodating, allowing us to get some rest for our early arrival. Highly recommended!

The location was nice. I felt safe walking alone at night. It's very quiet. The train station is very close and there is a Carrefour about a half block away. I like to walk, so getting to the center for me was a an easy 40 minute walk. You can take the train to the metro A if you prefer not to walk so much. The Vatican is walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of blankets available. It's a large and spacious studio apartment. This is not a tourist area, most places close early. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries close by. The owners sent very accurate check-in instructions to get the keys.

The place is surfaced clean. The dishwasher had dirty moldy dishes that had never been washed. The place smelled moldy because of it. (I ran a wash cycle to get rid of the odor) The pillows were very lumpy and should be replaced, the towels were small and threadbare. No coffee pot. The shower pan is small and overflows. There are no cleaning supplies except dishwashing (not dishwasher) detergent. No broom, no mop. For longer stays it is inconvenient not to be able to clean, especially since the bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. (I stayed 6 nights) The owners communicated by WhatsApp. Never met them, (although they seemed pleasant) not even to collect the tax money. There was no one to meet me to open the door. Someone was moving so I was able to walk into the building. No instructions for the washer or dishwasher or the button for the front door. I knew how to get the range to work, but I am sure not everyone knows how to turn on the gas to light the stovetop. A microwave would be nice. I guess. It's too bad, with a little TLC this could be a really nice place to stay.
