The location is great.
The facilities could be great if they were presented in cleanly.
The dirty stains on the couch and mattress were a real turn off for this apartment.
The mattress on the bed is very stained and dirty and needs immediate replacement.
The couch in the living room is very stained and dirty. It needs a good cleaning.
The delph and counter tops were dirty.
There were long dark hairs in the bed.
Once we gave the place a good cleaning we were able to get somewhat comfortable.
The location was great and the apartment has a lovely setting so it's such a pity that basic hygiene is an issue.
