The villa in Montelupo Fiorentino has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. Cottage enjoys of a 360° panorama from a green and quiet hill, opening directly over spectacular views of the stunning Tuscan countryside. Cottage can sleep up to six people and it is composed of a luminous, multicoloured and fully equipped kitchen with the latest mod cons, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with cabin shower. Upstairs there is an open-plan upper-gallery with a fireplace and a large sitting room, with two sofa (one is sofa bed for two people).The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design.The cottage has been restructured using traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, giving a touch of simple elegance.Here and there, you will find precious detail such as fine paintings, ceramics from Montelupo and typical ornaments in character with the building.Outside there is a spacious luminous veranda, elegantly furnished, where is possible to sun-bathe and to have splendid open-air breakfasts or romantic suppers, and where our guests can relax anytime they want with a unique, peaceful and suggestive view.The wonderful infinity pool with Jacuzzi (10,5x7,5 mt.), furnished with sun beds, reclining armchairs, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling wooded hills beyond, is a lovely spot to relax and have a cooling dip.It has been built near the olive grove away from any splashing sound that may be created for those who prefer to enjoy the calmness of the Tuscan countryside.It is possible to rent the villa (11 beds) with the exclusive use of the swimming pool or rent the entire property – Il Colle di Sotto villa + cottage (15 + 2 beds) – with the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.Both villa and cottage have been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look. Both have been equipped with heating, Satellite TV, Wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, automatic gate, car parking area and a spacious independet garden.You will experience a unique and unforgettable experience in a rural and charming atmosphere.Our property is surrounded by nature and offer breathtaking views: framed by green hills, close to fascinating medieval villages, and a wealth of natural and cultural attractions to explore and experience nearby.
