Marvelous bedroom details include 1 queen bed with large TV and listen to waves crashing onto surf at night. Second bedroom has ocean view. The extra large fenced back yard also has a large deck with ocean view, incredible crashing ocean sounds, birds and gorgeous parklike foliage, pelicans and seagulls flying over the ocean and very pretty sunsets. Many options for seating on deck and in yard with tall table and umbrella, sunbath on lounge, work on your computer with good wifi, and a seating fire pit area nearby.
Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking in driveway just few minutes from Highway. The only thing you hear are birds and the ocean!
The bathroom amenities feature a bidet, shower and tub. Relax in the peaceful surroundings in front of the home, inside with lovely natural lighting and the backyard ocean view deck. There's a nice new electric fireplace with ambiance of a real fire with heating inside living room.
