Location, location! Your cozy getaway awaits in Aptos at this marvelous guesthouse. The house is 5 minutes walk to Rio del Mar beach, and it is one mile away from the Forest of Nisene Marks. Either surfing, hiking, biking or beach relaxation is your choice of activity, you can have it all!
You will have access to the whole second floor of the house, with a separate entrance from the main house. No one will be downstairs when you stay, so you will have your privacy throughout the whole stay.
This charming property features a bedroom with 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 child loft bed, a lovely living room with TV, and all the essential amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, and heating. You will also have your own full kitchen. The soothing ambiance and decor make it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and relax. Enjoy your time in Aptos at our lovely house.
You are welcome as well to enjoy the backyard when you stay. It has outdoor furniture and bbq grill.

Had an amazing time. The house is so nice and cozy. The beach is just a short walk away on a very quiet nice street. Great little beach to walk on, feels like a hidden little gem. Would absolutely book again.

Our family of four stayed here for the weekend in mid-August. The mild temperatures were a welcome respite from the Sacramento heat! The house was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Our kids slept on the fold-out in the living room and the small bed in the loft just fine. The wi-fi was solid, which is nice because we had spotty reception in town. The town is right on the beach, and the house is a 3-minute walk to a couple restaurants and the beach. Aptos is very small, cute and quiet, and only 15 minutes from Santa Cruz. We would stay here again and highly recommend it for small families with older children due to the loft and stairs.

Check in was super smooth and Winnie gave us all the information we needed well in advance! The place is awesome and perfect for a small family. The beach gear was a huge plus and the location could not be beat! Would recommend for anyone staying in Aptos! We’ll definitely be back ourselves

Clean and comfortable with a bonus loft! Winnie has thought of everything in the well stocked kitchen and even a bed and chew toy for the dog to enjoy! We felt so welcome here! The beds were comfortable , bathroom gorgeous, and fireplace heaters a cozy touch! The house is tucked into an amazingly quiet street next to a busy beach park. You can plan to cook or not, as there’s a nice restaurant, coffee and a convenience store nearby. No need to take the car anywhere! We took long walks in both directions down the beach and found nearly empty beaches. The water and waves are beautiful at Rio Del Mar! Sunsets a bonus! We would love to return to this spot - it’s a real find!
