Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, zentral am Marktplatz, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und weiteren Verkehrsmitteln. Es gab einige Aufmerksamkeiten(Süßes,Kaffeekapseln,Wasser). Die Wohnung ist ansprechend geschnitten und möbliert.Die Betten war sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, das Haus sehr ruhig.
Es gibt doch einiges, was nicht in Ordnung war - wurde beim Vermieter angesprochen und wird dann hoffentlich auch behoben - im Bad funktioniert die Handdusche nicht, der Türrahmen fällt von der Wand. Die Küchenheizung funktioniert nicht, die Dunstabzughaube funktioniert nicht.Die Küchentür fällt aus der Wand.Im Wohnzimmer wackeln zwei Stühle, im Flur der Gaderobenständer. Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierhalter sind notwendig.Der Vermieter war bei Problemen nicht sehr zuverlässig - schade eigentlich.

Bardzo przestronne miejsce z pełnym wyposażeniem (lodówka, kuchenka indukcyjna, zmywarka, pralka, smart Tv).
Lokalizacja na rynku Bad Cannstatt i ok 1 km do dworca z którego można dostać sie gdziekolwiek chcesz.
Mimo dużej przestrzeni w apartamencie to dużo rzeczy jest nieprzemyślanych. Gniazdka rozmieszczone tylko gdzieniegdzie (nawet problem podłączyć TV, bo kabel prowadzony jest tak, że zasłania drogę przez drzwi). Brak stoliczków przy łóżku i jakiegokolwiek innego oświetlenia niż górne. Mimo ogromnej sypialni brak w niej jakiejkolwiek przestrzeni, żeby coś odłożyć (komoda, stoliczek).
Brak klimatyzacji.
Głośno od ulicy - jest to apartament z oknami wychodzacy bezpośrednio na rejon ryneczku Bad Cannstatt co sprawia, że weekendowo może być głośno (tak jak w naszym wypadku).
Według mnie najważniejszy aspekt czyli spanie i tu bym dał spory minus za poduszki. Totalnie złej jakości i dodatkowo poszewki niezbyt czyste - dalej znalazlem sporo włosów na nich...
