Nach einer sehr enttäuschenden Erfahrung in einem anderen Hotel bin ich kurzfristig ins Rioca gewechselt – und hier war wirklich alles komplett anders.
Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch das leckere Frühstück sowie die sehr guten und unkomplizierten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.
Für mich war das die perfekte Alternative – absolut empfehlenswert. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente und die gesamte Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück.
Wir haben das Musical besucht, dafür ideal gelegen.
Man fühlt sich hier in jedem Alter willkommen: Großeltern, Kinder und Enkel.
Es war ideal.

Location, handy for what we needed
Very hot room, air con did not work very well. Ended up having cold showers at 2am 4am tried to find a night staff member for a fan but could not find one

"Nice rooms, very clean (and I am very picky about this). It is great to have a small kitchen in the room. We have not used the breakfast. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Our cour couldn’t fit..."
