La situación junto al puerto y el centro de la ciudad es magnífica. El apartamento con todo lo necesario con el baño reformado y la cocina completa. Habitaciones amplias con camas grandes. Muy luminoso. Pararadas de autobús para la estación a 100 metros aunque paseando son 20-25 minutos por el centro (peatonal). Barbara muy dispuesta y amable

Very well located. Clean, modern well equiped.
There is an elevator to the 4th floor, you reach the place climbing one last set of stairs. I didn't search for acessibility though.

Appartement spacieux,joliment décoré,bien équipé , confortable et bien placé ,au cœur du centre de La Spezia.. Self check-in facile, l'hôte Barbara est disponible , réactive sur Booking ou whatsapp et très sympathique. Un parking payant est disponible sur la place ou se situe l'appartement.
Quand nous sommes arrivés,il y avait une forte odeur d'égouts et le chauffage n'était pas allumé...petits détails vite résolus en faisant couler de l'eau et en allumant l'air conditionné! Il n'y a pas de produits de toilette à disposition .
