I really enjoyed the shower, the warm water and water pressure felt amazing after spending the day walking around the city. The bed and blanket were comfortable, and the location was convenient: 5 minutes from Brussels Zuid/Midi station, where you can easily find supermarkets, cafés, pharmacy etc. It was also around 30-minute walk to the city center. I would also like to mention the Italian staff member, who was very kind and welcoming

Some points could definitely be improved. The hostel itself felt disorganized, almost as if renovations were happening, but I’m not sure if that was actually the case. One thing that concerned me was that the room doors did not have keys or key cards, so anyone could enter the rooms without any restrictions. There was also a situation where I returned late at night and found the main entrance locked. Since the website mentioned a 24-hour reception, I ended up waiting outside for quite a while until someone opened the door. I was also not informed about any breakfast options, and no breakfast was included. In addition, towels were not provided, or even a floor towel for outside the shower area, which left the bathroom floor very wet after use. Besides the amount paid online, there were additional unexpected fees upon arrival. Considering the overall organization and experience, I personally felt the total price too high for such inconveniences
