No smoking Do not turn off the hot tub. Kindly avoid parking in front of our neighbor’s house An additional $300 cleaning fee will apply if signs of parties or celebrations are found. Business activities are not permitted during your stay. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and loud music is not allowed after 9 PM. Dishwasher detergent is located under the cooking top cabinet. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Hand wash any utensils that don’t fit.   Laundry detergent is provided. Place all dirty towels outside the bathroom door.   In winter, avoid using the thermostats on ‘Heat-Only’ mode  Cover all outdoor furniture, the grill, and the hot tub when not in use.   Do not turn off or adjust the temperature settings on the hot tub.   Clean the grill thoroughly after each use.   In the game room, cover the pool table, hang the balls and cue sticks on the rack, and neatly box all games after use.   Store all food in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply for any violations. Pets are permitted only with prior notification and approval. Bringing pets without notification will result in a $300 fee. The garage has been converted into a game room, so please do not attempt to open the garage door. Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet, per stay. No events, parties, or large gatherings Please report any damages that occur during stay Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.
