    We stayed in Hotel Julian Alps for a total of 3 nights. - Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding (dinner optional extra for €35 pp) - Staff very friendly and helpful - Superior Double room was very spacious and comfortable. As per prior reviews, I can confirm that I also wanted to take the bathroom mirror home with me. - Location is very peaceful, 7 mins drive from lake Bled (car is needed). That said, I must note that there is no AC’s in the rooms and although Bled does cool off at night, there were times where we craved having the AC option after coming back from a day out in the hot sun (June). There is also a nearby church whom’s bells start ringing as early as 6.45am. While I understand this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, having to keep the windows open (due to no AC’s) prohibited any shelter from the sound. Keeping the windows open also meant that multiple little bugs kept coming into the room.
