About this house rental
In the heart of the Bugey countryside, outside Ceyzerieu, this independent gîte is designed for 8 people. It is ideally located for reunions with family or friends and for enjoying a large outdoor space. Through a secure gate, you access the property. The main entrance is via a first veranda, an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining area in a second veranda, a large living room with a living room and a lounge with an open fireplace. A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with its private bathroom. A separate toilet with hand basin. A laundry room in the basement. From the hall, and via a beautiful marble staircase, the corridor leads you to the three bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and finally the last bedroom with a 160 bed. This floor is also equipped with a separate toilet and a bathroom. Electric heating and additional wood by the fireplace. For sports enthusiasts, the Grand Colombier massif, the highest point of Bugey (1531 m), is located to the south of the Jura mountain range, and offers numerous marked hiking trails and mountain bike trails. Also worth discovering is the Lavours marsh national nature reserve. For water activities, Lake Bourget and its Châtillon beach are 16 km away. Family house, independent for 8 people. South Bugey region, 11 km from Belley.
