This air-conditioned (solar panels) independent and single-story house is on a closed property with a private swimming pool 11.00 x 5.00m and accessible only in summer. Through a secure gate, you will access a courtyard in front of the main door. The entrance to the gîte opens onto an entrance hall opening onto a large, very bright living room including a fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room and lounge. In the extension, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), the second bedroom in blue tones and the third with touches of gray are equipped with two single beds (80x200) each.
