🏡 A MODERN ECO-ARCHITECTURAL GEM NEAR CLUNY.
Set where the woodland meets open fields, our home is a bespoke timber-frame build designed for deep comfort and ecological harmony. Using hemp-lime walls, solar energy, and a rainwater-fed system, the house is engineered to stay naturally cool in the summer and warmly insulated in the winter.
The property is deliberately oriented away from neighbouring houses, ensuring that your windows, balconies, and living areas face only the forest and fields. It is a sanctuary of privacy within a living rural community.
✨ THE LAYOUT & DESIGN
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and grounds including the Yoga Studio and Self Contained Garden Suite to sleep a maximum of 8 people.
The main living space is open-plan and conveniently set on one level, offering step-free access from the parking area. The interior features natural Tatami flooring, creating a grounded atmosphere perfect for barefoot living and relaxation.
The lower level; accessed either via the stairs from the living room or via its own private entrance, provides access to the Yoga Studio and the Garden Suite - A self-contained, independent studio with its own kitchenette and ensuite - ideal for those seeking a little extra autonomy within the group.
🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: A peaceful double bedroom with its own private balcony and views over the forest.
Bedroom 2: A comfortable room with a sturdy bunk bed - ideal for children or friends. (more photos coming soon)
Bedroom 3: (Lower Level) Accessed either via stairs going down from the Living Room or from the outside is a self contained guest suite with Double Bedroom, ensuite Shower Room, separate Kitchen and Sitting Room.
Living Area: Includes a high-quality sofa bed for additional guests and a wood burning stove for cosy evenings.
🍷KITCHEN & DINING:
A fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the main living area with large-scale views of the woods. A second, modern kitchen is available downstairs as part of the studio
🧘♀️YOGA, PILATES & DANCE
Our professional-grade studio is equipped with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a ballet barre, mats, Pilates balls, and rollers whilst outside, the expansive wooden deck extends into the landscape, serving as a stunning open-air platform for practice.
Combined with the layout of two independent living spaces, the property provides the perfect setting for intimate groups or micro-retreats.

Two elevated balconies offer far-reaching views over the woodland - ideal for morning coffee.
The Deck:
A large wooden deck extends into the landscape at the front, perfect for outdoor practice or al-fresco dining in the Burgundy sun.
