To be described as a “luxury yacht” it was not a luxury stay as the boat is very much in need of an upgrade and consistent maintenance. We enjoyed being on the water but getting up and down the ramp was tough as it gets very steep at low tide. Carrying suitcases or small children it is potentially a high risk for falls. There are two gates with two different codes that you must remember or risk not being able to exit or enter! The owners and manager were super nice and easy to work with.
