The Space:
Welcome to our cozy home! This charming space features 2 comfortable queen beds, 1 full sized bed, and 1 full bathroom, making it the perfect spot for up to 6 guests. Our full-sized kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. From plates, bowls, cups, and coffee mugs to basic pots, pans, and utensils, we have everything you need to make cooking a breeze.
When you're ready to unwind, step outside to our private backyard oasis. Relax in our screened outdoor lounge area or fire up the propane grill and enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends and family. And don't forget to end the night around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and making memories.

Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property during your stay, with the exception of a couple locked supply closets. Even though the entire property is fenced you are discouraged to let your pets in the wooded area in the back of the property.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft both operate in the area, although service can be limited at times, particularly late at night. There are also some local taxi services that operate 24 hours a day, although the wait times can be high during popular events.
Other Things to Note:
This house is on a two lane road in a neighborhood and you can expect to experience some traffic noise from passing vehicles during your stay. South Carolina Park Pass provided in correlation with the Resort Fee. This pass gives you unlimited access to all South Carolina State Parks for free. 1 trip to Hunting Island Beach for a family of 5 would equal $5/Adult, $3/children 6-15 5 and under are free. The pass must be present at check out or this fee will be retained.

Loved this property so much! Fenced in back yard with fire pit was perfect for evenings with our family and the screened in porch was so relaxing. We have been visiting Low Country for 8 years and we are so glad we found this listing! Kevin was so quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed to enjoy a stress free week! Can’t wait to visit again!

Really enjoyed the location. Quiet, out of the way but close enough to everything. Nice large backyard for the dog. Clean and comfortable.

We loved the house, everything was clean, well stocked. It was relaxing, peaceful and quiet! The locstion was wonderful, and all the good places to explore were in close driving distance.

My husband and I recently stayed at Kevin’s Port Royal home for an extended 3 week stay to visit our daughter and her husband who live in Beaufort. We brought our pets and our dog really enjoyed the fenced in back yard to play in. Home was wonderful with everything we needed to have a happy and comfortable stay. Close to the bike trail and we enjoyed taking walks into port royal shops and eateries. We felt safe here. Communication with Kevin was easy and quick. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!!!
