Property management was not available to let us in as the code provided did not work. Luckily the garage door was not locked. Did not receive any response from Grand Welcome Bend 5 days we were there. Not sure what we would have done if all locked up. It would have been a Disaster and wedding fail for entire family. Otherwise the stay was awesome, house is awesome and EC is awesome!

House was great. Communication with a third party Grand Welcome was horrible experience. Also i wanted early entrance to decorate for Christmas and i was charged 30 an hour even though the home was vacant for several days prior. I paid the day before for early entrance and did not get a code. Emailed from them next day was told i couldnt get in til 4. Called and got someone in California he had to call someone else. Finally got code to get in. Bad customer service
