הדירה ממוקמת בשכונה שקטה בקצה קורטינה, מיקום אידאלי מבחינת נוף, מרחב ושקט ובמרחק נסיעה קצר למרכז. דירה מרווחת עם אופי מסורתי, לא חדשה אך שמורה ומאובזרת מאוד. חנייה פרטית מקורה.
לא היה כזה. יש הסקה, אבל אין מזגן (היינו באוגוסט ומזג האוויר היה מצוין ובערב קריר, כך שלא היה בזה צורך).
