The apartment is located in walking distance from the Faloria Ski lift/Gondola and it has beautiful views. The apartment is very spacious (2 bedrooms and a living room) and well organized, suitable for 4-5 people. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. It has its own free parking. Huge balcony and great views. The host /management team are very responsive by text or call.
Place is outdated, even though for some people it may look & feel rustic. The floors and doors are squeaking. Boiler is small so hot water ends very quickly when showering. Also they request to clean the place before you check out: wash all the dishes, take the trash out, etc or they will charge 50 euros for cleaning. The cleaning is not included in the 300+ euro / night

The location was great
It doesn’t really resemble the photos. It is quite pricey and not a great place to stay very old and dated. For the money I would not recommend but I guess that is Cortina…
