The location was great, and the comfort of free, secure parking was very much appreciated. The instructions received in advance of check in were crystal clear and the helpful messages from the property manager made the experience even better. The apartment itself was beautiful, the view from the balcony was lovely, and the beds super comfy!

The location was absolutely fabulous with many restaurants around the shopping was within walking distance, and there was free parking
The check-in and checkout process was very vague. There was no instructions on how to go about checking in, there was a lock box that was away from the actual property. The key was not available when it said that it was supposed to, we had to work multiple times to get checked into the property. There was absolutely no instruction on when or how to check out, the bathrooms were average clean, but not as clean as I would’ve liked them, there was obvious wear to the facility.
