Lovely bright and airy house. Huge property with loads of storage, great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets for a group of people. Well equiped. Excellent, speedy, accurate, clear responses from host. Everything as stated in communication. Large Sainburys 9 minute drive away, other local shops closer (mostly takeaways). Quiet suburban area. Used as an overnight stay for an early morning flight from Heathrow. Location was 14 minute drive from Heathrow 'Maple' parking, then 4 minute ride on park and ride bus to terminal 5, Perfect!
Property starting to show minor areas of wear. Eg stairwell walls could do with a coat of paint, but nothing to spoil our stay.

I loved how spacious it was
It was quite warm so we had to keep the windows open. Perhaps adding more table fans might help tourists when the outside is warm

The location was good for where we were visiting. The beds were very comfortable and clean
There are a few things that were disappointing about the property
1. Parking - the next door neighbours either parked on our drive or very close which made it difficult
2. On the first night - we were making our tea to find a very dirty oven and dirty oven trays left which I had to clean before use - I complained to which the cleaner wanted to come round while we were out but didn’t feel comfortable having a random person round while our belongings were in the house
3. Cleaner arrived 20 mins before check out and started piling clean bedding/towels in front of my car to which we had to ask her to move them - felt rushed out
4. Like I say the beds were clean but the general cleanliness of the other soft furnishings could have been better
