Piękna, historyczna willa z czasów XIX wieku, pieczołowicie odrestaurowana, z tzw. "duszą". Dobry pomysł ze stosowaniem smartlock zamiast kluczy. Doskonałe położenie - w willowej, starej dzielnicy.

This property has a lot of potential, but there's a significant issue that needs to be addressed. While the villa is lovely, with a calm atmosphere and a nice garden, we were only told upon arrival that the garden was off-limits. This was a major disappointment, especially since we had a child who was looking forward to playing there.
The listing markets itself as family-friendly, but the inability to use the main outdoor space makes this claim misleading. It's a key detail that should have been communicated upfront.
The description of the provided appliances is misleading. While the listing did not mentioned appliances like an oven and a TV, it failed to disclose the absence of crucial items like a refrigerator. This led to a significant problem, as a large amount of my food spoiled on an extremely hot day. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning made the heat unbearable, especially without the option to keep food and drinks cold.
When I tried to address these issues with the landlord, our communication became unpleasantly aggressive, which made a difficult situation even more stressful.
Prospective guests should also be aware that the walls are very thin, and noise from neighbors is a frequent issue. This, combined with the other problems,made for an uncomfortable stay
