The host was easy to get hold of;
There was a gift of food and drinks on arrival;
Comfortable bed;
All facilities worked perfectly;
Good amount of crockery/tupperware;
Very close to the university.
The room is small (fine for one person, but not for guests).
The wifi didn't work for some of the time.

The location was good - close to the university buildings. The stove, electric kettle and fridge meant it was possible to prepare food in the room.
The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The place needs a deep clean. The bedsheets were worn and had a hole in them. The door to the balcony did not close properly and there was a draft.
