We had a very good experience here. Very clean and cozy environment, vith everything you need. We had a very nice surprise, a cake with a coin for the New Year.The location is perfect, close to the center, and most importantly,there is a free parking space.
We highly recommend it.
Maybe a little bit of a view from the balcony, but that doesn't depend on the owners

Very efficient communication with owner, giving detailed information for keys and parking. The private parking place just under apartment is a real advantage.
It is close to city center and harbour.
A microwave would be a real plus in the well-equipped kitchen
