Наше перебування в апартаментах було чудовим! Дуже чисто, затишно та комфортно. Є все необхідне для проживання. Зручне розташування, близько до всієї інфраструктури, чудовий краєвид з вікна.Почувалися як удома. Обов’язково повернемося ще! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Let me start with the positive side of things.. the managers of the property were so incredible and friendly and always available to help. The issues I raised were not their fault so it's not on them - maybe an issue with apartment leasing in the north of italy.... there were NO basic things in the home, like minimal toilet paper, nothing to wash and clean dishes or the kitchen. Not even water or garbage bags. No basics in the kitchen at all. You have to bring everything yourself. And the closest store is 3km away, so if you don't have a car, it's super hard to get settled in. I should have stayed in a hotel to be honest. The building is outdated and quite old. All that said, the location is really perfect. You're a 100m walk from the town centre and castle. It's quiet and there are beautiful views of the lake. So all in all, I'd say, stay here if you remember to bring all the basics with you and shop beforehand.

Die Lage zur Altstadt hätte nicht besser sein können. Nur 2 Gehminuten und schon tauchte man in die wundervolle Altstadt von Sirmione ein. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig und abgeschieden vom Trubel der Touristenhochburg! Besonders gefallen hat uns der private Zugang zum Gardasee, den wir bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr viel genutzt haben.
Wir hatten zu beiden Seiten der Insel Balkone, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit den Gardasee geniessen konnte!
Auch die abgeschlossene Wohnanlage hat uns ein sehr gutes und sicheres Gefühl gegeben....
Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Aber es funktionierte alles und war sauber.
Für 6 Personen ist die Wohnung dann aber auch ausgereizt....da ist gute Organisation und Ordnung angesagt! Aber mit 2 Kinder war es ok!
Die Tiefgarage für ein kleines Auto hat uns vor ein Problem mit unserem Renault Traffic gestellt. Es war kein reinkommen und es gab auch keine andere Möglichkeit auf dem Grundstück zu parken. So mussten wir auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen, was uns dann noch mal 200€ extra gekostet hat für eine Woche!

La ubicación era perfecta , las vistas son muy bonitas, es amplio ,tiene menaje suficiente y también es de agradecer un contacto directo con el personal , Kimberly nos atendió muy bien .Las quejas son para el mantenimiento del alojamiento ya que aunque dicen que está renovado en 2025 muestra una dejadez que no se corresponde con un alojamiento valorado como 10 .
-Huele muy mal , al abrir para ventilar hay muchos mosquitos incluso ahora en invierno y si abres se llena la casa de insectos.
-Poca luz en baños.
-Suciedad en cajones ( ni siquiera deshicimos las maletas) y rincones donde no se ve a simple vista.
-Cocina con mueble y enchufe rotos,, vino el técnico que se limitó a recolocarlo. El extractor muy sucio y viejo.
-No había gel ni champú .
-se entrega una pequeña bolsa con un blister de lavavajillas líquido y una pastilla para el lavavajillas,ni siquiera una bayeta,nada para la lavadora. Seria un detalle proporcionar estos productos por parte del alojamiento .
-El colchón de la habitación principal està para cambiar te ladeas hacia fuera es bastante incómodo.
