Absolutely SPOTLESS, comfy beds, great location and with parking.
It would have been great to have curtains, the blinds don't do a great job with the light. Also would be nice to have some basics like tea / coffee and shower gel etc. Just simple things hotel style.

Fantastic location and the parking space was a massive plus. The house was very clean, comfortable and cosy. We have stayed in at least five different houses in Cleethorpes over the past two years and this was the best. Secure enclosed back yard was great for our little dog.
Beds were queen size so would have preferred them to be bigger

Lovely three-bedroom house with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay, comfy beds too. The property was spotlessly clean, with some really nice thoughtful touches throughout. Free parking for two cars is a great bonus, and it’s just a short stroll into town and the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and overall it’s a place I’d happily recommend.
The only downsides are that the bathroom and toilet are downstairs, with no toilet upstairs. The stairs are quite steep, which can feel a bit daunting during the night. Also, after showering you need to walk through the kitchen/dining area to go upstairs and get dressed.
Additionally, there are no televisions in the bedrooms.
