immaculate inside and out,good location, with on site parking for two cars. we stayed mid week and found it very around the property and very private. lovely little garden with seating area. A plus for this property is that you didn’t have to bring anything for cleaning with everything provided and a added bonus. a lovely box of goodies and a bottle to welcome you.

Keys in a lock safe so very easy to check in
Everything was super but the mattress’s were poor, no bins in bathrooms and the lounge requires lamps not main ceiling lights as the only form of lighting.

Hosts are very welcoming, this is the second time we have stayed here now and we love it. So close to Cleethorpes shops and beach. House is very clean and rooms are very very spacious with comfi beds. Kitchen has everything you need. It really is like home from home.
