L'alloggio si trova subito sopra il centro abitato di Cerreto Laghi, con finestre esposte ad Est per godersi l'alba nelle giornate di Primavera. E' situato al quinto piano di una struttura ben curata. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort, per godersi le vacanze, e stare in piccoli gruppi di 4-5 persone. Consigliato il periodo pre-estate per godersi la pace del luogo senza troppi turisti.

Arredamento tipico di montagna , appartamento ben accessoriato
Letti scomodi, dimensione non adatta a 6 persone,acqua calda disponibile dopo tanti tanti minuti,coperte e lenzuola tutte di colore diverse, divano letto rattoppato, tv non funzionante,5° piano con ascensore che arriva solo al 4°, per andare alle piste bisogna farsi una discreta passeggiata
