The space
Welcome to the heart of Marysville! A 3 bedroom (4 bed) 2 bathroom home close to everything! You can walk to whatever you need from this location. Very close to the hospital, dirt bike tracks, river, restaurants, stores, you name it! Sit on the front porch or in the backyard area and just listen to the hustle and bustle of this little city, the oldest little city in California, Marysville.
There is gated parking, driveway parking, and street parking. There is a laundry room, foosball, games, books, TVs for streaming, Wi-Fi, and so much more!
The fourth bed is a hideabed in the living room. All beds in this home are queen size.
This front half plex only shares one wall with the back half plex which are separated by a fence and do not have the same access road.
Other things to note
NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.
Does not allow parties or events. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do.

Really great price for a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The WiFi is very good. Had no issues. Heater works great.
