Location
Shower drain was partially blocked with water draining VERY slowly. Apparently it was my job to try to clear it before they sent a maintenance team. I refused as general maintenance is not my job. They have nobody on site to help. You are not a guest, you are a tenant. Flat was grubby, damp in walls had been painted over, facilities adequate.
