Great location just outside Dijon's sizable pedestrian zone. New, modern apartment building. Balcony overlooking internal courtyard. Accessible parking in underground garage or on street. Attentive, friendly host allowed us to arrive several hours before check-in time.
Only one set of keys for three of us made it very inconvenient when we wanted to split up for different activities. Apartment is new, but has the air of an unfinished project (no sink by the toilet - wash your hands at the kitchen sink; artwork not hung, still in its packaging; household goods, some brand new, still in their packaging piled up by the toilet). Furnishings are fine but basic, inexpensive.

Appartement très agréable, confortable, dans une résidence sécurisée et calme L'hote est très gentille et de bon conseil permet d'etre au centre de Dijon à proximité des points d'interet, restau, ballade, musée etc La place de parking est un gros plus

Brilliant location right in the centre of Dijon, but quiet & peaceful. Great size apartment & very comfortable; with everything you need. Secure parking too in the underground car park (extra charge, but reasonable). Myself & my little dog had a great time. Thank you Nadege.
