About this apartment rental
Apartment Exceptional location classified 3 stars located at the foot of all outings,
very quiet, bright modern and air conditioned located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden.
the outbuildings and the accommodation are to be respected no noise is accepted, animals must be kept on a leash and not frolicking on the stair climb and in silence
5 * Grand Hotel side and excursions.
At the foot of shops, restaurants, pubs, casino, cinema, wine bar, bakeries ... departure of excursions and 300 m from the train station.
Tram 40 m away and bus stop opposite.
Public parking available free or paid depending on the length of stay.
the map is up to date and precise for viewing and locating its location,
the instruction indicated by the site is not what should be.
Darcy garden with children's games opposite and lively in summer.
Pets are accepted at a cost of € 15 per day and the vacuum cleaner is available no hair must be present in the apartment and in the common areas. They must be kept on a leash and not gamboled up the stairs and in silence.
For stays of several days we maintain the apartment.
Do not hesitate to exchange by message or by a call and if the site is not respected, the site will be notified for retention on the deposit.

Large apartment, well supplied and very comfortable. Just a short stroll to the center of town. Our host was very gracious.

Communication and check in was easy … we had someone who spoke French with us. Host was friendly and helpful about the property and area.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable. There were five adults and two children in our party and we were all comfortable. We spent our time out and about … and were very comfortable (showers, beds, etc.) when we returned for the night.
The location was perfect … by the park at the base of the main promenade. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, the big market and museum.
We would definitely stay again.
