Апартаменти дуже високого рівня. Розташовані в центрі міста, неподалік від пішохідної зони. Все продумано до дрібниць. Дуже зручно. В дійсності навіть краще чим на фото. Зручні матраци, подушки, повний набір посуду.також капсули для кави, таблетки для посудомийної машини, усі рушники, все для миття посуду, спеції, сіль, перець і тд.

Der Gastgeber war immer für uns erreichbar, extrem bemüht, dass An- und Abreise möglichst gut abläuft, was zu 100% der Fall war. Vielen Dank an der Stelle. Wir hatten das Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmer auf 100qm. Alles vom Feinsten. Vom Geschirr über die Betten bis hin zur Ausstattung mit dem Rund um Gefühl, alles super. Die Lage ist direkt fußläufig zur Füßgängerzone mit tollen Geschäften und Gastronomie. Also wir werden definitiv nochmal kommen, da wir uns beim Gastgeber sehr gut aufgehoben fühlten. TOP!

Great new modern in great location

The property is well located in the centre of Garmisch, within a short walk the train station and local supermarkets. The apartment is well-appointed and maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a well supplied kitchen, with plenty of storage throughout. Ibrahim, the Livalpin agent, was easy to contact, very helpful with enquiries, and met us in person upon arrival to show us around the property and explain the facilities. The ability to park on site for a small fee, was very welcome.

Very minor complaints. The hallway lighting is operated on a motion sensor, so it switches on as soon as any door is opened onto the hallway, and some softer lighting in the lounge area would have been welcome.
