Great vibe and very spacious, big comfortable rooms and beds, loved that we had two separate bathrooms! The view from our room was amazing, lot of sunlight throughout the day

I noticed upon arrival that their usual check in is 4pm, and check out is 10am. I’m sure that they will be accommodating if you state previously that you need earlier/later check in/out, because they managed to check us in at 3:15 Also there are a LOT of electric outlets in the space, so maybe a bag with the baby proofing covers would be great to add ☺️

The location was really convenient. Close to the train station and also to the main part of town. The apartment was spacious and we loved the kitchen and the eating nook!

There was nothing that could have made our stay better to be honest. The only slightly surprising part for the charge to use the washing machine and dryer - this was unexpected, and I thought a little expensive.

Property is fantastic, nothing to complain about.

The parking situation was a bit annoying. As it was snowing, so limited parking and guests needed to park behind each other and communicate to let the cars out

Aesthetically pleasing, in terms of decor. Close to the train station and the “downtown,” both within a 5 min or less walk

False advertising. According to Booking.com description, the top floor “Penthouse” apartment has its own sauna, “A top feature for this apartment,” Yet, at 16:30 on day of check-in, Nikola (management company person), messages to say, it isn’t working, and according to her, it hadn’t been working for 3 or 4 months (before I booked). Also: it was cold and snowy, day we checked in. Cold in the apartment. Had no idea where heat was coming from or how to work. Apparently, according to Nikola and the owner (who came the next day because of complaints), the dials on the walls in rooms get turned to dot in middle, and should be “sufficient “. One dial went above the dot to a number 5 or 6, but the rest weren’t allowing to turn up the dial beyond the dot. According to the owner, it is radiant heat coming from floors, and it takes awhile to get warm. Why would you not turn the heat up then, the morning of, for your guests coming in the early evening? Why can’t ALL the dials for heat be turned to the highest setting? If I want it warmer, I should be allowed to make it warmer! And why wouldn’t you provide some instruction regarding this in your book of information for guests in the apartment?! The first night was cold, showering was miserable, and literally only one extra knit blanket in the apartment. The next day, the owner brought extra blankets at my request, but really by that point it was warmer, but not as warm as I would have liked as at home. In addition, literally zero steak knives, chopping knives that weren’t completely beat up. All of them had done weird, peeling, scratched off coating on the blades, and the tips were broken off. No pizza cutter either. The basic kitchen tool around. Again, the owner tried to help by bringing one extra new knife when she came rehouse complaints about broken sauna and heat. However, she brought a bread knife, which wasn’t the problem. Bathroom nearest front door had a clogged shower drain.
